I already own a share of an airplane in a fractional program. How would the Patriot Jet Card benefit me?

If you own an aircraft or a fractional share, then you understand and have experienced downtime due to maintenance or even having an inadequate aircraft for your mission. Our card can fill your requirement for supplement lift when you need it. The Patriot Jet Card provides you with the flexibility to select the right aircraft for your mission. In addition, many fractional programs do not allow for simultaneous use (using more than one aircraft in the same day). As a Patriot Jet Card Member you can use your fractional share for your trip to New York while using your Patriot Jet Card on the same day to fly your sales team to meet with a client in Miami.

Anyone you designate can travel on your aircraft, even without your presence on the flight. All itinerary changes and purchases must be approved by you, unless other arrangements have been made..

How does the cost of Jet charter compares to commercial airlines?

Jet charter is usually more expensive than flying commercially but after taking into consideration additional costs of flying with a commercial airline, parking, hotels, time, ETC you will come to realize it makes more sense than expected. Why subject yourself to the hassles of long lines at check in, flying with unknown 3rd party cargo, and dealing with new invasive so called security measures. When you travel by air charter you save time by traveling closer to your ultimate destination in a safe relaxed environment, with the people you know, and often eliminating the need for overnight stays. Whether en route to an important meeting or family gathering, we understand your time is priceless.

What are the differences between fractional jet ownership and Patriot Jet Card Membership?

U.S. Private Jets “Patriot Jet Card Membership” provides you the flexibility to fly when and where you want, while only paying for the time you use. There is no acquisition costs, no monthly maintenance fee, no long term contracts and you have the flexibility of choosing the right aircraft for each trip. With a fractional jet ownership program you do not have unlimited use of the aircraft, your air travel has to be coordinated with the number of hours purchased at the beginning of the contract obligating you to predict your aircraft usage for the next 5 years and locking you to a single jet.

How can I pay?

We accept American Express, checks and wire transfers. All payments must be secured prior to flight. If you are a Patriot Jet Card Member than your funds are kept in a secured escrow account at Citi Bank. Funds will be debted upon confirmation of flight.

How far in advance do I need to call to reserve an aircraft?

“The sooner the better”, never the less, U.S. Private Jets is often able to book air charter flights in as little as six hours notice, though that option is subject to aircraft and crew availability. Simply put, the more lead time we have the more options available of the newest aircraft as they are usually the most sought after and first to be booked. There are also a limited number of Peak Travel times during the year, such as major holidays. Availability is very limited during these times so we recommend booking early if possible to secure the best aircraft.

What happens if I need to cancel or make changes to my flight?

You can cancel or make changes to your itinerary up to 72 hours prior to your flight unless a different condition is set to a specific flight. If you need to cancel or make changes within 24 hours of your flight, we will pass on any incurred costs. Please be advised that all one-ways are 100% non-refundable.
